Before requesting for any form of exchange or returns, kindly ensure that your item doesn't fall under the list of Non-Exchange and Non-Returnable products:

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

  • How many days after the receiving my order can I request for an exchange?

- Not all orders can be exchanged and/or returned. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

- The official receipt showing the purchase of the order must be valid.

- Any request for exchange and/or return must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order (day #1 being the day of receiving the order). Any request for exchange after that will be invalid.

- Please ensure that the item is still in good condition, the original packaging is intact and not tempered before sending us a request for exchange.

Hello everyone! Thank you for shopping with The Magickal Garden :) We hope you've had fun browsing through our wide range of natural products. We had fun understanding the crystals and meaning behind every natural piece.

As our products are mostly fragile and of premium pricing, we will strongly encourage you to contact us for an in-person meeting at our Gallery store so you can touch and feel your desired pieces personally.

 

Please be notified that before finalising any transaction, our Gallery Curator will take a photo or video of the pieces to ensure that the order is correct and in optimal condition at the point of transaction.

1. You use any of our related services, such as subscribing to our newsletter, product notifications;

3. You interact with our Customer Service Team, or other representatives via modes like emails, telephone calls, letters or face-to-face meetings;

4. You interact with us on our Social Media, such as liking our posts, commenting on our posts, private messaging us on our Social Media;

5. Your authorized representative submits your Personal Data to us for any purpose reasonably authorized by you, for example if such representative is purchasing our product or service to be delivered to you or as a gift;

We usually do not collect your credit card details, whether to process your payment or for customer service purposes. However, we may collect your bank account details to verify that payment has been sent through to our account successfully.

Please ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you have requested.
